Not having had Orange Daiquiri from Jungleboys before, I was fairly excited to try this uncommon citrusy terpene profile. Boasting a high 40% total sum of cannabinoids. Upon opening I instantly received a rush of a tantalising sharp, creamy citrus aroma. Displaying strong notes of orange, exhibiting sweet cherry and citrus traits, infused with tangy notes of sour grapefruit. This refreshing scent was accompanied by a sweet creaminess, smelling reminiscent of an orange creamsicle and Starburst. The buds were of a mixed density, having both a typical Jungleboys and foxtail structure. They were a shade of light green, with sporadic hues of purple, alongside messy rustic pistils and absolutely showered in trichomes. Upon inhaling my palate was instantly overcome by notes translating from the smell. Delivering a mouthwatering infusion of sharp citrusy oranges with hints of sweet cherries, alongside a gentle creamy earthiness with traits of vanilla, exhibiting its Cookies lineage. The taste of this refreshing citrusy sweetness was retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light grey, alongside an instantaneous oozing resinous oil ring. It smoked both smooth and tasted clean. To conclude, although the taste of orange terpenes are not to everyone’s preference, I personally found Orange Daiquiri extremely refreshing and a pleasant change to other profiles on the market. It smoked well, ticking most boxes and with a little further dialling in, can easily retain a place on the Jungleboys lineup. Being a great choice for enthusiasts of orange strains.
