Having recently enjoyed Hollywoodboyzz Lemnade, I was feeling fairly optimistic on putting their rendition of Runtz to the test. Gazillions, with the branding referencing the chewy candy. Upon opening I was greeted by sweet and floral notes, primarily consisting of red grapes and cherries, alongside a gentle grapefruit and cream backend. This sweetness described was infused with a notable gassiness, exhibiting hints of pine and subdued Gelato. Overall smelling more like a dominant Zkittles OG cross, rather than Gelato. The buds were of a medium to hard density, having a combined boulder and Zkittles structure, being a shade of light green, alongside light rustic, messy pistils, covering a universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was met by a faint Sherbet dominant gas with Gelato traits, alongside barely non existent notes of sugar and grapes. Both flavours, particularly the sweetness, failed to develop through combustion, leaving a fairly dull taste on my tastebuds, alongside a slight coarseness upon exhaling. The joint produced ash being a shade of light silver, alongside an instantaneous leaking and oozing resinous oil ring, smoking partially smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, although feeling optimistic with the latest Hollyhoodboyzz flower reviewed (Lemnade), I unfortunately found Gazllions to be nothing special in comparison. I found the enticingly sweet smell disappointingly failing to translate to the taste, resulting in the overall flavour being pretty mundane, and although the ash, oil ring and overall taste were fairly clean, I found an unappealing coarseness upon exhaling. With some further dialling in required, Gazillions will hopefully be able to live up to its name and be an enjoyable candy.
