With more attractive packaging, BB and EB do not disappoint. This review is on their 2017 Lemonade, a slight twist on the infamous Gelonade. Upon opening I instantly received a rush of refreshing zesty lemon notes, with hints of pine and diesel, smelling reminiscent of lemonade and traits of the detergent Jiff. This pungent aroma was accompanied by a gentle Gelato backend, ultimately smelling like an enticing Gelonade. The buds were of a hard density, having a boulder structure, being a shade of medium to light green, alongside elusive orange hydroponic hairs, and home to a universe of trichomes. Upon inhaling, my palate was instantly overcome by refreshing notes of carbonated zesty lemon, and pine. This invigorating infusion was complemented by a gentle Gelato gas, delivering an extremely smooth balance of flavours, which are retained on my tastebuds upon exhaling. The joint produced fluffy ash being a shade of white to very light silver, alongside an instantaneous oozing and leaking resinous oil ring, smoking both smooth and tasting clean. To conclude, I thoroughly enjoyed BB and EB’s 2017 Lemonade. It ticked all boxes and smoked pleasantly well, smoking similar to Superdope’s Lemon Poppers as a reference. With minimal dialling in required, this is a great staple of theirs and definitely my favourite flower of their lineup so far.
